UFOs and extraterrestrial aliens have been in the spotlight in recent years—in podcasts, pop culture, documentaries, and even government hearings. Something is happening, and many people are unsure how to make sense of it. Even some Christians live with fear, wondering whether a potential “disclosure day” (to borrow the title of Spielberg’s new movie) could shake the foundations of the Christian faith.
I am convinced that Christians already have an answer for much of what is happening. I say “much” because, especially when it comes to UFOs, there often are legitimate explanations: natural phenomena, misidentified objects, secret government aircraft, or other ordinary causes. But when it comes specifically to alleged alien “visitations” and direct contact with humans, I believe there is a compelling case that much of this phenomenon is… demonic.
I have wanted to write a more detailed article on this topic for some time.
