If you pay attention to the news or the current political debate, you may have heard someone say that they don’t want to be on the wrong side of history when it comes to the massive moral change the United States is experiencing, especially relating to the same-sex marriage issue.
Is “the wrong side of history” argument valid? I wanted to point you to two helpful resources that share good perspective on this argument.
First is through a web comic by Adam4D.
The second is the video below from the Gospel Coalition, featuring Tim Keller, D.A. Carson, and John Piper (with a couple of notable quotes).
“Since Jesus Christ is coming again, the only way to be on the right side of history is to belong to him.” Tim Keller (tweet this)
“Historical trajectories have been frightfully wrong. Many things that were once on the ‘right’ side of history are now in the dustbin of history.” D.A. Carson
