I was raised as a Christian and have probably heard about 1,000 sermons in my life. Of all of those sermons, one called “Hell’s Best Kept Secret” by Ray Comfort may have made the biggest initial impact and stayed with me the longest.
When I first heard this teaching as a freshman in college, I was struck by the biblical clarity Comfort brought to the topic of conversion, the use of the law in evangelism, and how to preach in a way that would truly convert.
