Grace Has Come: Songs from the Book of Romans (Sovereign Grace Music)

Sovereign Grace Music - Grace Has Come Songs from the Book of Romans

The book of Romans is considered by many to be the clearest and most detailed articulations of the Gospel and its implications ever written.

Sovereign Grace Music recently released an album based on the book of Romans called Grace Has Come. SGM is known for combining skilled musicianship with rich lyrics that praise God and deliver deep theological truths straight from Scripture. This album is no different. Here is a short description of the album from the Sovereign Grace website.

The book of Romans paints the darkest descriptions of humanity. “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God…None is righteous, no not one.” Against this backdrop of hopelessness, we’re invited to believe the gospel, the unspeakably good news that Jesus Christ has taken the judgment of sinners, bearing their sin in his own body at the cross. Those who put their faith in him can “have peace with God.” There is now “no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” As as result we believe “the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.”

These sixteen songs are an attempt to capture these truths, celebrating the glorious reality that in the midst of our rebellion, desperation, and longing, grace has come in Jesus Christ.

Below you can listen to most of the album Grace Has Come: Songs from the Book of Romans (buy on Amazon Mp3). Notable songs include “It’s Your Grace” and “Grace and Peace.”
